Getting Divine Assistance When You Need It

We are all connected and we all live in an infinitely abundant universe. There is always support and help when we need it. The universe is kind and loving and wants what is best for all involved. As human beings, when we come onto the planet in our physical form, we are given divine assistance in the forms of a higher self,Divine self, guardian angel, and spirit guides of light. They all work together in a team. They help us attract the best things to us, to get clear, to heal oursleves, to face our fears, to be healthier & happier, to expect good things to happen to us, and to fulfill our life's work & spiritual purpose in this lifetime. Our spiritual family of divine light loves us. They are present always but we have to call on them when we need them. Since they work with the Divine light and Divine plan, they act out of truth and they honor our free will.

Your spiritual family of Divine Light (higher self, divine self, and spirit guides) will never force themselves on you, try to take your energy, allow you to develop co-dependent relationships with them, or abuse you in any way. They are here to help you and assist you with developing the highest and healthiest life possible.

Make the intention to get to know your spiritual family of divine light and to utilize their help in your daily life.

1. Your Higher or Christ Self
2. Your Divine Self
3. Your Spirit Guides of Divine Light
4. Your Power Animals of Divine Light

The Magic of Dreamtime

We all sleep. We all need sleep and many things can take place during your dreamtime. We live in a multi-dimensional reality and there are many layers to life. Dreamtime is one aspect of your being. Dreams and sleeping help us to relax, allows the subconscious to emerge, and gives us balance. But there is much more to dreamtime and it has many other amazing uses.

During dreamtime, we visit the astral planes. We visit there via using our astral bodies. There are three vibrations to the astral planes: the light, the love and the lower. If you wish to heal it is best for you to make the conscious decision to only visit the light or love astral realm during dreamtime. They are filled with divine assistance and guidance, teachings, and nurturance. They are also safe. The lower astral realms are inhabited by parasites, demons, dark beings, and is meant to take your energy and fill your body with foreign energies.

Here are some things that can be done during dreamtime (in the light & love realm and use clear intention):

1. visit with family, loved ones, those who have past over, and friends
2. work with others to clear up any negative karma
3. take workshops with etheric beings of divine light
4. travel and visit others parts of the world, dimensions, galaxy, and universe
5. participate in various spiritual initations to help you heal
6. work with your Divine Self, Higher self, Guardian Angel and Spirit Guides of Divine light to receieve guidance and direction

Make the intention to enjoy your dreamtime and to use it with more wisdom and creativity.

Blessed be!!!!!!!!

Manifesting What You want

We are all created from energy... everything is. In this Universe, like attracts like. That is one of the universal laws. In order for us to attract something in the external world to us, we must have it already residing in our internal world (in our hearts, aura, mind, and belief system). This makes manifesting easier.

There are many ways to attract what you want to you (i.e. money, loving relationships, health, great job, spiritual awareness, etc). You can either do it the hard way which is through the ego and requires force, hard work, lots of time, and effort. Or we can attract what we want to us by changing our beliefs, doing prayer and energywork, having faith, believing our ourselves and taking the right actions.

Here are some steps to help you attract and manifest what you truly desire:

1. Continually strenthen your connection to your soul and divine self, the source of all your abundance and supply.

2. Be patient.

3. Refuse doubts. Don't engage in negative thinking, this postpones the good that is coming to you.

4. Express gratitude. Giving thanks and apprectiation for all you have makes you magnetic to more.

5. Focus on what you have, not what you are lacking. Energy follows thought. Whatever you focus on increases.

6. Practice, Practice, Practice.

7. Listen to your intuition. Be open and receptive to new ideas.

8. Trust and believe in yourself. You have all you need within you to succeed. Let yourself and not others be the authority of what is right for you.

9. Be Open to change! Embrace whatever happens as a gift and opportunity rather than a problem.

(Steps are taken from the Orin & Daben Newsletter)

Our Pal, The Ego

We all have shadow and light. The shadow has many names like the ego, illusions, the lower self, the pain-body, demons and the lower darkness. We tend to see it in others and have a harder time identifying it in our self.

What are some of the functions of the ego?
The ego likes to chatter and stay busy. It likes to make us feel inferior or superior to others. It likes to feel seperate from everything around us. The ego does not like to live in the present, so it likes to make us live in the future or past. It makes us feel like there is not enough (i.e. time, energy, resources, money, etc.). The ego is small and ignorant and operates from a place of limitations. The ego is an aspect of shadow and feeds on fear.

Qualities of Shadow:
fear, laziness, anger, resentment, dishonesty, envy, greed, mistrust, gossip, judgement, etc.

Take the step and learn more about your shadows.

Spiritual Bathes and Releasing your shadows

Spiritual bathes can be very healing and very powerful. In a spiritual bath, you use certain herbs and substances that help you to clear and banish old lower energies that reside in your aura or energy field around your body. Spiritual bathes can be done at your home.

You can invite any of your spiritual family of divine light (christ & divine self, spirit guides, angels, archangels, saints, ascended masters, etc.) to be present to help you with clarity and relaxation.

Spiritual bathes can be done anytime but the more powerful times are at night and during the new or full moon. They can also be done during the equinoxes and solstices. Spiritual bathes are one of the easy ways to heal and clear yourself of old outdated beliefs, agreements, and fears without spending lots of money.

Ingredients needed:
sea salt, boiled herbs, epson salt, apple cider vinegar and water

Some basic steps for doing a spiritual bath at home:
1. Decorate the bathroom with incense and candles to help you to relax and get comfortable.
2. In the bath, put a small amount of sea salt, boiled herbs, epson salt, and water (salt absorbs negativity and the herbs can be boiled in a satchel).
3. Recite a clear, detailed prayer for what you would like to accomplish and what you want in your life.
4. Call on any of your spiritual family of divine light(christ & divine self, spirit guides, angels, archangels, saints, ascended masters, etc.).
5. After the bath, say "thank you" to all who help you and made it possible (i.e. elements, guides, earth, etc).
6. Give yourself sometime to relax afterwards.

The more you do spiritual bathes, the more you will release. As you heal, you will become more aware, grounded, and open to the divine. Spiritual bathes also work well with a daily spiritual practice and frequent healing work/alternative medicine.
